The tools below are arranged in a relative rank order from the least to the most severe infraction. Operationally, that puts "possession of weapons" at the bottom with "talking in class" at the top. There is a spiraling strength of the concepts being expressed and taught in an incremental way while maintaining the language structure of each lesson.
